Return Policy

Erin Grey Couture will gladly accept merchandise returns for a refund within 30 days from the date of delivery. A handling fee will be deducted from the refund as outlined below.

 

If you are returning an item, please ensure your item meets the following criteria:

Items must be in their original condition; free of makeup, marks and stains, and must not have been worn, altered or washed. Any tags must remain in place. We suggest all items are tried on as soon as they are received to ensure fit and quality. Please try on your garment after a shower in order to avoid contact with moisturizer, deodorant or makeup. Additionally, please try on your garment on clean, carpeted or tiled flooring. 

 

All items will undergo further quality control upon return. Returns are only available after the items have passed quality control. If, for any reason, your returned item does not pass our quality control standards, our Customer Service will contact you with your options. 

For all returns, please follow the instructions below:

 

STEP 1: Contact us at returns@eringreycouture.com to receive a return authorization and shipping label. Please note: returns will not be accepted without an e-mail authorization from an Erin Grey representative. Items without an authorization will be refused.

Please include the following information when submitting a return request:

  • Your Name
  • Order Number(Your Order Number can be found on your confirmation email, shipment email & packing slip)
  • Reason for Return

STEP 2: Once a return has been authorized, we will e-mail you a packing slip along with a UPS Ground shipping label. Pack your return securely, in the original packaging, and include the packing slip. Affix your shipping label to the package, making sure no other tracking labels are showing. Original shipping fees PLUS a restocking/handling fee of $300.00 on bridal gowns and $100.00 on accessories will be automatically deducted from the total refund amount, provided the item is in its original condition.

For defective, damaged, or mis-shipped (item shipped was not item ordered) items, the issue must be reported within 7 days of receiving the shipment. To report such items, please contact our online customer service team at returns@eringreycouture.com.

 

Important Note: For your protection, please send your return using the shipping label provided by Erin Grey Couture. Please be sure to keep your receipt, as well as the tracking information associated with item(s) returned. We cannot guarantee refunds for returns sent via a non-traceable method. Items for return must be received at our facility within 30 days of original delivery. If received after 30 days, item will be refused. 

 

STEP 3: Once received at our facility, your return will be processed within 5 to 7 business days. Credits are processed upon confirmation and inspection of the return. You will receive an e-mail notification confirming your return has been processed. Please allow up to two billing cycles for the return credit to appear on your credit card statement.
